Programs
Our experienced black belt coaches offer both challenging Gi and No-Gi classes with a heavy emphasis on conveying technical concepts with detailed instruction. We aspire to cover all aspects of Jiu-Jitsu and constantly work on bettering our own knowledge by staying up to date with contemporary developments of the sport. We believe that every student is unique in their abilities and want to offer a space where each and everyone’s individual talents can be cultivated, regardless of age, weight, gender or whether they want to compete or just train casually.
Gi
Our Gi program offers a comprehensive and structured approach with a set curriculum designed to help all students progress efficiently within all aspects of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Techniques and concepts are taught in blocks or modules over the course of several weeks to ensure gradual progression. Each class is comprised of rigorous grappling specific warm-ups and positional drills. A large amount of time is invested in conveying technical concepts including situation sparring in order to practice combat specific scenarios in live settings. Regular sparring or rolling rounds with varied intensity are part of every training session.
Main class (90 minutes)
This technically demanding class is where you’ll learn most and where the core curriculum gets expanded. Higher focus on intensity, speed drilling and more or longer sparring rounds. Essential for those who wish to compete or simply elevate their skills to the next level.
Short class (75 minutes)
Where you’ll get complementary training. Less intense whilst still covering the main technical concepts of our curriculum and offering shorter sparring rounds.
Fundamentals
This class is not only suited for pure beginners but also seasoned athletes covering a broad spectrum of fundamental concepts within a set curriculum. This is where our students learn how to navigate through basic scenarios and positions by learning and applying fundamental movement patterns. All fundamentals’ classes include different types of guided open and situational sparring rounds.
Guided drilling class
An open lesson where you can drill your favourite techniques freely.
Sparring only
Our sparring only classes are entirely dedicated to live rolling under the supervision of one of our coaches. The perfect opportunity to not only apply your skills with different partners but also improve your conditioning.
No-Gi
No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu covers all aspects of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with the main difference of training in shorts and a rash guard and thus not having a uniform to grip on to. Due to its intense nature and fast pace, we focus greatly on wrestling based attacks and scrambling. Our training is adapted to various rules sets which is why leglocks are a core element of our teaching approach for all levels.
Private Training
Whether you’re looking to refine specific techniques, address areas for improvement, or fast-track your progress, our experienced black belt instructors offer expert guidance and personalised feedback in a one-on-one setting. With dedicated attention and tailored drills, private lessons are an excellent opportunity to elevate your technique, deepen your understanding, and enhance your overall Jiu-Jitsu game.
Strength Training
Our strength training area is available to you during all opening hours, allowing you to train independently whenever it suits you. To help prevent injuries or support your recovery, our experienced coaches are always on hand to offer guidance and tips, ensuring you get the most out of your workout.
